How many claims can I have?
You can provide us with up to four claims within the last 3 years. In the majority of cases we will be able to help, but our ability to provide a quote will depend on the information you supply. Unfortunately, if you have more than four claims we will not be able offer a quote

At the moment our products can only cater for one hotel per policy. However, you can have more than one policy.

What do I do if I have multiple trades i.e. hotel attached to a pub?
If you have more than four bedrooms (but less than 12) with a bar or restaurant it is likely that we will be to cover you with our Hotel product. If your business is mainly selling food or drink and you have up to 4 bedrooms it is likely we will be able to cover on our Pub & Restaurant product. If you are unsure please call us on 0845 303 1756

There is no limit to the number of staff you can employ but we will ask you how much you pay in wages throughout the year.

No, we would expect the business to be open all year round and cannot insure Hotels that close for more than 21 days a year.

You would be covered for public liability in case a member of the public wanders in. However, you would not be covered for your personal contents unless you take our household contents cover.
